The Suburban Boston Spring Home Show

This past weekend StormCare Roofing was in Hanover, at the Starland Sportsplex & Fun Park, for the Suburban Boston Spring Home Show.

We met many new people throughout our time there. We chatted with a lot of the people coming through. We listened to their needs, and matched them with what fits best. We also got to know them on a more personal level by continuing the conversation and creating a genuine connection. We care about the people we work with and want to know more than just what projects they want done. And of course, we reconnected with some past clients who came by the show. It’s always a pleasure seeing familiar faces.

Home shows can be intimidating, both as a consumer and a company. Making sure people felt comfortable to approach us was one of our top priorities. We didn’t want people to feel pressured or intimidated by us so we stood with friendly faces, greeting everyone as they passed by, ready if they stopped by to inquire about our services. We did our best to answer every question, and when we were uncertain of the answer we always offered to find out for them. We also gave out branded water bottles and pens as well as water, to people who stopped by to say hello. We are already planning for our next home show to bring a few more cool items for people to take.
