If you notice any damage to your home, contact StormCare Roofing. We offer emergency service repairs, so we’re always there when you need us most. We will inspect the area and take good pictures of the damage. If necessary, we will mitigate or tarp the area to prevent any further damage to your home. We will then give you our estimate. While this is happening, you should contact your insurance agency to open a claim. Save all the information they give you, we may need this.

 

Next Few Days

StormCare Roofing will wait at least 48 hours before making any follow-up call with your insurance company. The adjuster assigned to your case will contact you to schedule an appointment for their own inspection of the damage. While the adjuster is there, if you can, take pictures alongside them. Make sure they go onto the roof and get a good look at the damaged area. Ask the adjuster if they want the estimate given to you by us.

 

Our Assistance

For any reason the adjuster is not approving the estimate we have given, we can provide building codes, weather reports from that day, or pictures taken by us the day you contacted us. This process is a lot of back and forth but must be done promptly. The adjuster needs to see this information as soon as possible, so don’t wait to contact us. Once StormCare Roofing and the adjuster come to an agreement, we will schedule the first day of work with you, the homeowner!

 

Job Completion

While we are hard at work, we will also take pictures of the whole process. We then send these pictures to the adjuster.
