StormCare Roofing - A Look at Last Week

Last week was all about training, meetings for marketing opportunities, and expanding our relationship with the community. 

 

Training

StormCare Roofing wants to ensure you are getting the best quality service possible. This is why we are always participating in any training sessions that can improve or give us updates on the latest roofing skills and knowledge. This past week, we had two training sessions, one for insurance assistance and the other on how best to install CertainTeed shingles. Now, all our crew are certified CertainTeed shingle masters. Our CertainTeed representative, Garrett, brought in a Spanish translator, making it possible to be inclusive to our entire crew. At the insurance training, we went to stay in the loop with new insurance policies. 

 

Marketing Opportunities 

Our marketing manager has been looking into new marketing opportunities so StormCare can connect more with the community surrounding us. She met with people to discuss new marketing venues to reach new people. Some things we had to unfortunately pass on and put off to revisit at a later date. Others were accepted and we are implementing them soon. Regarding marketing, we want the people who see us to perceive StormCare Roofing as reliable and well-informed. We also want to be known as a pillar in our community, a place people can trust.
